I am just trying to find out the actual difference between the personal and professional edition. Especially the limitations and support between these two subscriptions. I couldn't find any relevant information related to this.

Regarding support, there is no difference between the Personal and Professional Editions:
- if you purchase either editions, you need to purchase the annual maintenance (with the appropriate checkbox during purchase) and maintain it annually to get support. This also includes minor and major updates to the software.
- if instead you take a subscription to either edition, support and updates are included in the periodic subscription fee. Monthly and annual cycles are available.

I have tried exploring the trial version and needless to say, it has many good features. But I am not able to find a way to visualize the reference to an object. Is it documented somewhere on how we can visualize it?

We are in the plan of purchasing Hackolade Professional Edition for our Organization. I see a one time fee of 999€ and a yearly maintenance fee of 200€ from the website which you have referenced to. Do we have any monthly maintenance plan available and what is the cost for the same?
I have a couple of additional questions for which I would like to get some additional clarity.
1. This professional edition can be used by only one developer (in 1 system)? Or it can be used by multiple developers in our organization in multiple systems?
2. I believe yearly maintenance fee includes minor and major updates to the application and also it provides technical support via email. Is it a standard support or premium support. Do we have any SLA's defined for the support? If yes, where can I see them?
3. Our official machines (i.e usually Laptops) are usually tied up with some warranty period. And then when the warranty period reaches, we usually get the new machines. In this case or in any other case (i.e hardware failure), is it possible for us to migrate the license from one machine to another machine without any hassle?

We only have an annual maintenance plan, no monthly maintenance plan. Sorry about that.
Regarding your questions:
1: the typical license is 'node-locked', or attached to a PC, not to a person. We can also offer a concurrent license scheme (a.k.a. floating) but the cost is much higher (3999€ plus annual maintenance of 800€). It enables you to share the same license on many PCs, as long as there's only one person using the application at the same time. This is controlled by our cloud-based server. Large customers have purchased from us, for example, 5 concurrent seats shared by 50 people. In such case, the 6th person trying to open the application is denied access, until one of the previous 5 closes his/her instance.
2. We don't have a premium support plan yet. For the last 90 days, the helpdesk stats are, worldwide and including weekends: 4.2 hrs average response time, with 62% within the first hour.
3. Assuming a node-locked license, you may easily move it to a new PC. You just need to release the key from the old PC (via the screen Help > Software Key Validation screen) prior to validating it on the new PC. Here also, the validation is controlled by our cloud-based license server.
